Your safety always comes first

Safe, reliable support is at our core. That’s why we manually verify and approve every support worker on the platform.

Strict approval process

Each support worker meets our strict criteria, provides professional references and evidence of
their qualifications

High safety priority

All support workers have a Police Check and ABN for your peace of mind

Insurance coverage

Your worker is covered by a suite of comprehensive insurance policies each time they support you

No matter how your funding is managed, you can work with us

A plan manager can help you process your worker payments on the Better Caring. Your plan manager should be NDIS registered to give you a hand with finances on our platform.

Self-managing your NDIS funds means you’re in complete control of your support finances. To self-manage your funds, all you have to do is claim directly through the myGov portal after you’ve received support from an independent worker.

If your funding is managed by the NDIA, you’ll need a registered provider to host your funding when using Better Caring. We will work with your registered provider to ensure your support workers’ payments are finalised.
