How to use your NDIS funding on Better Caring

If you have access to NDIS funding, how you work with us depends on how the funding is being managed.

Better Caring can manage all three types of fund management!

If you’re self-managed

You can register on our website and start hiring workers. We’ll just need a copy of the page in your NDIS plan that confirms you’re self-managed. Timesheets and invoices are kept online and you can easily access them for reporting.

If you’re plan managed

Once you’ve registered on our website, get in touch with your Plan Manager. We’ll just need an email from your Plan Manager to confirm they will pay invoices. It’ll take us a day to verify your account, then you can start searching for your first support worker.

If you’re agency managed

Do you have a registered NDIS provider?

If so, we need to know they’ll be happy to work with Better Caring. You can ask them to get in touch with us on 1300 73 65 73 to confirm, and if they are, you can go ahead and start hiring!

If your existing provider can’t help you work with Better Caring, we can refer you to one of our Approved Provider Partners. Then you can go ahead and start building your team of supports.
