The Better Caring team is constantly growing. We’d like to introduce you to three of our dedicated Community Engagement Managers. Jeanette, Luke and Toni are an integral part of the Better Caring community. By meeting with independent support workers and clients and fostering support connections, our Community Engagement Managers create a vibrant, interconnected network where everyone can learn, grow and be supported.
With ten years’ experience in health, community services and the aged care sector in both New Zealand and Australia, Toni is a committed Community Engagement Manager with a wealth of advice, resources and ideas for improving clients’ wellbeing and support. Serving her local community in Melbourne, Toni is committed to creating a positive change for people accessing support services. Toni is dedicated to helping others and assisting workers to deliver quality services to their clients.
Jeanette works closely with support workers and clients in the Hunter Region and Central Coast of New South Wales. With 16 years of disability support and aged care experience at her back, Jeanette is a valuable, informative and passionate member of the Better Caring community. Jeanette is dedicated to empowering people through quality support and frequently shares her experience and skills with support workers in her local area.
Luke is a vibrant and committed Community Engagement Manager who works closely with support workers and clients in Western Sydney, New South Wales. By hosting support worker meet ups and working closely with clients and their families to provide guidance and build personalised support teams, Luke efficiently brings the Better Caring community together. After 13 years’ experience managing and coordinating support services for those living with a disability, Luke is passionate about helping support workers and clients discover valuable resources, advice and support.
